If you want to be treated like dirt go there, otherwise stay away! I used to bring my dry cleaning there regularly. I had a zipper on my suit pants replaced there about year and 5 months ago. I treat my suit clothes very carefully and the zipper broke again. I asked the owner if they could discount another zipper as Im a regular customer and felt it should have lasted longer. Right away she didnt listen to what I was asking and assumed I wanted freebie. I said again "I just want a discount, not something for nothing. She said "we dont guarantee anything that long," as if I was trying to pull something over on her. They shouldnt replace zippers with cheap ones that dont hold up. Im taking my clothes elsewhere.
