I am extremely disappointed with their quality. None of the shirts were pressed. Also the clothes came out not very cleaned. Very disappointing. You can clearly see that Zips did not do good job when clothes came back with dirty collars. If you use them please do check out your clothes before you leave the place. But again....you may have to come next day...if the clothes are dirty or not ironed on the day of pickup. This is my first time trying them at their Ins Brook location and what a disappointment.

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not to mention I was in tears listening to how degrading one of the employees spoke to another newer employ while I was waiting in line. I was so upset I had to walk out and leave. I couldnt believe it!

Just stopped in here for the third time. Great service, amazing price, and super convenient near my office in Innsbrook. Will definitely be switching to ZIPS as my main dry cleaner!

Friendly staff. Same day service before 9am. Unbelievable prices and excellent quality! It doesnt make sense not to be using Zips as your dry cleaner.
