Had issues with this cleaners from the start, they went up on the price per shirt from .99c to $1.38 collar was not cleaned, I was told to spray the collar with spray n wash before bringing them in, too many times the full order didnt come in, I was told to come back tomorrow for the other items, shirts come back with broken or missing collar buttons, pants come back with double creases...the last straw was when they shrunk my Kango cap, I could go on, but I wont, I just wont take my clothes there anymore. The people at the 17th St store are nice, the problem is where ever they send the clothes to be clean, the people there are NOT doing a professional job at all. They are the worst I wont be going back!!!

Worst customer service I have ever received!! Not only were the employees rude, the owner was incredibly rude as well. While listening to the employe speak to the owner over the phone in spanish, I heard the employee call myself and wife not so nice names, after confronting them that I spoke spanish as well, the employee had nothing to say and couldnt even look me in the eye after that. My wife left the store in tears from what we heard them say about us, we were only trying to get my clothes back. I do NOT recommend this place and I will never return!!!!!

Its unfortunate that those you get bad service always have something to say, but when they get great service they say nothing... Ive been using Four Seasons Cleaners for over a year now and have had no bad experiences like the ones listed here. Ever. I am there weekly and I am greeted by name. My clothes are always ready when they say they will be, prices are extremely reasonable and the service is friendly and personable. Thanks Rona & staff!

Do not use this business. Went to the 17th street store to have a dress dry cleaned. It had a little bit of alcohol spilled on it. The women working the day I dropped it off was extremely rude. When I got it home from being picked up, it looked like it hadnt even been cleaned. I needed this dress for a Christmas party and now I have to go buy something else to wear.

Cheap, I will give them that! $0.99 mens shirt. Clothes routinely take a day or two longer than promised. They send everything out to a place near Ogden. After my uniforms were 2 days late, I had to make a mad dash up to Ogden to get my shirts, and they didnt even discount the bill! They can not follow any special instructions.

Very friendly service, my clothes are ALWAYS ready by the promised date, they even opened up their store on a Saturday 1 HOUR after they had closed as they saw me come to the door...they care about their customers!

This place smells like cigarette smoke. One time was enough for me. Makes no sense to pay to have clothes cleaned only to have them smell like smoke.
