I JUST WANT TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT BLOW REVIEW WITH " MR. John Tyrell ". HE HAD REVIEW WITH WRONG CLEANERS. WE NEVER DO THAT WITH OUR CUSTOMERS AND WE DONT EVEN HAVE HIS HISOTY OUR SYSTEM. HE NEVER BEEN OUR STORE. And about Mrs. James Rose. Maybe he has misunderstood what I told him. He has picked 1 shirt up from other customers laundry basket because he thought dropped his shirt to that basket, maybe the shirt looks similar with his shirt. And my counter didnt see when he picked that shirt so she made 8shirts on ticket. But it was just 7 shirts and I checked with camera for make sure. And I tried explain to him but he didnt want to listen me.. I hope he understands me if see this message.. HAVE A GREAT DAY!!

Very bad first time experience. The ticket said 8 shirts but they only had 7 shirts when I went to pick them up. The owner tried to convince me that it was my fault the shirt was missing. So why did the ticket say 8. Interesting that it was a brand new shirt that I had purchased the day before. Never to return.

The clerk must have been having a bad day because when I went to pay by credit card, he threw my shirt down on the counter, said something about losing money on credit card transactions, and told me not to come back. I wont. If he had simply asked me to pay in cash, I would have. Instead he threw a tantrum.
