This is a little "mom and pop shop" with a Korean couple who run the majority of the business. They exemplify what a Purcellville store should be like. Always kind, willing to work, doing what it takes to keep the shop running. The woman is the one who does the alterations, fittings, etc. She is very good at what she does. If the man is behind the counter when you walk in hell probably say that he needs his wife to help you out, but there is a little language barrier and you might think hes saying that he cant help you. I highly recommend this place, Ive had good experiences here. Also, the website listed in Google is not the right one (obviously, since that one is for a Denver location).

I walked in with a simple question about repairing a zipper, then I heard..."no help you"...before I could even say a word or ask a question. Pretty pathetic!!!! The guy had no idea why I was there, but his words made it clear he had no desire to even attempt to earn my business! If it could be zero or negative 5 stars it would!!!!
