Ruined 3 pairs of suit pants in one go. to had some sort of ink or oil blots in the exact same spots on both pairs of pants, but they swore up and down it wasnt their machines. the third had the metal clasp ripped off, tearing the fabric. They did a terrible job repairing it and said "dont worry because your belt will hide it". They refused to compensate me for any of it and only offered to credit back my next cleaning.

Ron Trotta,owner of natures way dry cleaning,refused to compensate customer for damaged comforter! customer had to file complaint with attorney generals office,consumer protection agency,paid $15.00 filing fee,also paid the cleaners $22.60,1 pr.of slacks,comforter!customers BEWARE!
