This is the worst, overpriced Dry Cleaners I have ever done business with. The employees are a bunch of rude old women who emanate a cantankerous and irritable presence that is felt almost immediately as you enter the establishment. They also told me my pants would be done in two days and then they didnt have them ready in time and they acted like it was my fault. They didnt offer me a discount, let alone apologize for their inconvenience. I missed an interview because of them. I would recommend that they should hire people who actually care about their jobs and treat customers as equals. Until then, avoid this place by any means necessary.

HandCraft is the best dry cleaners Ive found in Richmond. The front counter people are experienced and they pay attention to the small details. My clothes come out perfect every time.

Pretty quick and fair price. Wish they had an overnight cleaning though
