I was looking for a dry cleaners that would pick up and deliver, after looking I contacted several and Handcraft was the only one that contacted me back, after setting up an account for my husband’s suit to be dry clean they pick them up at the door on Tuesday and called me to let me know that they were picked it and would have them back by Friday. Come Friday they deliver by 10:00 a.m. for by husband to go to work at 11:00. The suits were perfectly pressed and tailors to the exact direction that I gave. They looked wonderful. I would recommend Handcraft cleaners to anyone that needs dry cleaning pick up and delivered, they do a wonderful job and they keep their word on pick up and deliverer service. I will never use another dry cleaner I was so impress, never having experienced anything like this before I was well worth it. The price is a little lower than the dry cleaners that I was using and I had to take them and drop them off and pick them up. Never will I have to do that again Thank you so much Handcraft cleaners.

I took one dress shirt to get pressed, and they told me it would take 3 days. I thought that was a little long for basically ironing a shirt, but I said okay. I came back in 3 days, they said that it wasnt ready yet, and that I had to come back in 3 more days. During this time, I was emailed a coupon from Handcraft for signing up for their email service. When I went back to pick up my shirt (a week later), I was charged $12 for this one shirt, and was told I was not allowed to use the coupon. So I waited a week for a shirt to be pressed - which I could have done but took to the cleaners because I thought it would be FASTER - and then was charged an outrageous amount. There were no stains, no sewing, just ironing. Never going back. Dont waste your time here.

My parents, who dont use computers much, asked me to post this: One of the great things about Richmond is the top quality of services rendered by a number of businesses. I had occasion to visit the HandCraft dry cleaners on Patterson where I received quality and efficient service. Then, needing advice and help with a cleaning problem, the manager came to my assistance with service above and beyond the call of duty by spending twenty minutes fixing the problem. When I asked "how much" I was told with a friendly smile, "No charge. Glad to do it." Now how often do you hear that? We have all heard stories about the quality, personal service from Pleasants Hardware, Siewers Lumber and Ukrops. Now add HandCraft Cleaners to that list of excellence!

Prices are good and quality of work is good but my customer service experience was terrible. The lady misspelled my name and got an attitude when I told her she got my information wrong. 2/10/17 Update: When I went back to pick up my shirts the lady that helped me was very professional and pleasant. My name and information was still incorrect and she updated it. An improvement from my drop off experience.

Wedding dress cleaning service is fantastic. I was impressed, I thought all those stains would not come out and it was yellow.
