I called Robertson for a unit they installed in 2014. He found the system was freezing up because it was low on freon. He defrosted the unit and installed more freon and left, leaving a bill for $200+ for the service. On inspection of the work area we found the attic stairs left pulled down and a light in the attic left on that was very hard to reach. This nearly caused a fall as I attempted to finish his job. Now 2 weeks later the AC unit that was supposed to be repaired is broken again. Freezing up just as before. I cant recommend Robertson for service, they dont finish their jobs and they do not do quality work...

I like em. Im just jealous that I cant do what they can. I try to fix my own problems but sometimes its safer and smarter to go with the professionals. Their prices are fair enough and they do great work. I was able to give them my garage code to get in and fix the problem without worrying my house would be burned to the ground when I returned. Well run company from everything Ive seen.
