My home warranty assigned a light fixture/wiring claim of mine to WireNuts Prossional Electric about two months ago. Since then, Ive had the pleasure of having two Wirenuts technicians, Danny Star and Brent Mullins, take care, separately, of the lighting fixture/wiring issue first (Danny), and more recently, re-cabling of our tv cable line in the attic to the MBR (Brent). Both gentlemen were excellent in their work here, and were a pleasure to have in my home. Both went out of their way to get the work done quickly, efficiently, and well, and to be sure that in the end, I was happy. Their efforts were complicated by the fact that Ive been recovering from a difficult surgery, and havent therefore been available for early appointments. Although this meant that I missed a couple of early morning visits, they have been very kind and understanding, and when Ive spoken with them by phone or when theyve returned, theyve done so without complaint --- but to the contrary, with understanding, compassion, and a smile, and determination to get the work done for me, and ensure my comfort. I cannot express how much Ive appreciated their efforts in the past two months. I also found the same level of understanding and accommodation by the office scheduling staff, and manager. Finding a professional and courteous company to work in ones home is, too often, disappointing these days. Im so grateful that my home warranty company introduced me to WireNuts, and I look forward to maintaining them as "my electricians", in the future! Thank you, WireNuts, for being so professional and kind to me during this difficult time!

I first used Wirenuts through my Home Warranty and then called them back to install a fan in my sons nursery. Donnie was the main electrician on the project and after speaking with him, I decided to replace 20+ year old outlets in the house as well as install a surge protector. Donnie was honest about the safety hazard of my old outlets but not pushy. He was trustworthy from the onset of service. Due to some family and work emergencies Donnie got pulled away from the project and had to reschedule a few times but he was upfront and ensured me he would rather do the job correctly then rush it. Again, I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Having Donnie changing the outlets in the whole house allowed me to get to know him a little bit and understand his passion and vast knowledge of the electrical field that was passed down to him through his grandfather. I will definitely use Wirenuts again as long as Donnie is the electrician on the job. Wirenuts is definitely lucky to have an electrician and employee like Donnie. I would definitely recommend using Wirenuts for any electrical project you have especially if Donnie is the electrician on the job.

I needed to add some outlets to the house and garage, so first called one of the contractors Id used previously, then called WireNuts based on their reviews to get a comparison bid. I was very pleased with both Donnies attitude and professionalism and with the quote when he finished -- less than 1/2 of the other local company. After some more checking, I had Donnie come back to do the installation. Both for the initial estimate and for the install, Donnie was here exactly on time, friendly and professional at all times, and made sure he didnt leave a mess behind when he left. I am very pleased with the service from the initial phone call to the "job complete."

Wirenuts came to my house to fix a circuit in my house that wasnt working via my home warranty company. I called my home warranty company on Monday and requested a service call through their automated system. On Tuesday someone from Wirenuts called me to set up an appointment the next day. The service tech Brian came during the time window and even called about 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He got there, quickly diagnosed the problem and within 30 minutes was on his way. Everything works perfect now; he was very courteous and explained exactly what he was doing. Great work!

Donnie came to my house today to diagnosis what the HVAC company said was a bad breaker in my electrical box. Within 15 minuted Donnie had tested and determined with video proof that the breaker was in fact doing its job while showing the AC unit pulling way to many amps. Donnie was very professional and friendly. I will be contacting Wirenuts again to have them do some additional work once my AC is replaced.

Our outdoor porch outlet wasnt functioning properly. Senior Electrician Brent Mullins was able to quickly assist with identifying and resetting a previously unknown GFI in our furnace room. He was very professional, timely, and kind to our kids and dog also. I would use his services again and recommend him to others with electrical issues.

I was very pleased with my technicians professionalism and doing more than required. My issue was not electrical but he spoke with my Sears technician over the phone to let him know that the issue was actually in my heat pump (and not electrical). I thought that was going above and beyond.
