I just had Duke and Mike out to do some work on my kitchen, and I couldnt recommend them more highly. The guys were polite, punctual, and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Unlike other contractors and electricians who tried to push me into a cookie-cutter solution, or into doing things "their way", Duke and Mike took the time to really listen to what I wanted, and to come up with a custom solution that fit my exact situation. I have a cinder block house with plaster and lath walls, not to mention 60+ year old wiring, so it wasnt a simple solution to completely redo the outlets and wiring in my kitchen and bring it all up to code. In the end, the work was extremely professional and thoroughly explained to me along the way. There were no cost or time overruns, and I will sleep well at night knowing that I dont have to worry about a thing with my kitchen electrics. Great job, and next time, I will call you guys first!

Unfortunately I didnt even get to use them. They may be great for all I know, but they insisted on seeing it in person even though I dont own the home yet and have a lot of photos and measurements to help. They also wanted $69.95 just to come out for the estimate (others want to see it first, but they were the only one that wanted to charge me to do so). I will happily take my business to someone else who isnt so bothered by potential clients that they charge them for estimates.

Kenny G. came over to repair several plumbing issues in my home. He was on time, professional and thoroughly competent. He was also a good teacher and showed me the tricks to doing the same repairs myself in the future. No complaints regarding the quality of the work. It was done quickly and effectively, without a mess. It was nice to have an experienced and efficient technician do the job right the first time, without trying to sell me stuff I didnt need. Good service.

Fast emergency air conditioning repair: When your air conditioner gives out at 6 pm, having it repaired within an hour seems unlikely. Thankfully W.E. Brown did just that. Matt was incredibly prompt, efficient, and even took the time to explain the problem and walk through potential future problems with our aging a/c unit. Having used W.E. Brown only once before, I was pleasantly surprised to be remembered when I called the emergency line. A great experience all around.

We love Kenny! We bought a house two years ago and Kenny was with us every step of the way when it came to new home owner plumbing issues. He was prompt, incredibly polite, and respectful of our home. He also was not at all the type of plumber to make you pay for things you may or may not need. On the contrary he would lay out all of the options and talk us through the financial aspects of each option while letting us decide what we were and werent comfortable with.

A couple of service men were blocking a side street at the elementary school where I work. I asked if they would be able to move their truck forward, so that parents would be able to get out during dismissal. The response from the men working was very nasty. They were so unpleasant. Im not sure how good of a job they do as far as service, but their demeanors as a bystander would definitely rule them out to me!

I paid $228 for absolutely nothing and zero results. I hired WE Brown to fix some electrical issues in my house, and after 3 hours not s single issue was resolved and yet I was charged $228, with no explanation and no followup. Horrible competence and customer care. Do not use this outfit for anything.
