I had a problem when a letter i had sent Priority Mail generated a delivery error message that the address was invalid. I was able to reach he Post Master, Patricia B., by telephone and she explained the situation and assured me that the letter would be delivered on that day. Sure enough, 15 minutes later I received a text alert that it had been delivered. My child then confirmed receipt. Too bad all postal interactions cannot be as positive and pleasant as this one.

Long wait time as to be expected with USPS. Unfriendly service. I came prepared with my box and preprinted label but they turned me away, saying that they could not provide tape because the company that provided the label already gets such a good discount on their shipping. Have brought the same label to UPS without tape and it was no hassle. Needless to say, Im sticking to UPS.

Terrible customer service. More than once have they rejected a package for a non-issue - e.g. my company labels automatically "sign" customs forms and they reject that as a signature, even though its approved by the USPS and every other post office in the area is fine with it. These people must just hate life.

Absolutely terrible customer service :( A postman Gary is rude, disrespectful and doing nothing to help. I recommend using any other USPS post office in town.
