I come here all the time to ship items, and theres another FedEx closer to me. I come here because the staff here are amazing! I bring in hundreds of boxes to ship, and never did they ever bat an eye- they packaged and shipped all items for me with a smile. They were always happy to help out, no matter how big or small the job. They always helped me get boxes from my car, and was always willing to go the extra mile. Yesterday, I brought in 105 boxes for them to break down and repackage into larger boxes. They condensed the 105 packages into 18 boxes- they are truly amazing here! A staff member there named Subitra was leaving her shift, and remained after (unpaid) to help carry my boxes. The people who work there are so genuinely helpful and kind! Aminata also helped carry these boxes in and packaged them up for me. Thank you so much to Emmanuel, Subitra, Aminata and the management! I will continue driving further to come here!

Not often enough do we write about when we had a really great experience; today Im going to. I had our companys postered printed by the Fed Ex Kinkos print shop (located right next door to the Fed Ex Kinkos). The gentleman that helped me was amazingly professional, curtious, and truely helpful in every way imaginable. Im not an expert on printing, so when I went to get these posters designed, I wasnt sure what I wanted (or needed). Fed Ex Kinkos really helped me to choose what our company wanted and quickly turned around an exceptional product. I wont go anywhere else to have these types of services done, ever again.

Helpful and friendly staff. Edit 4/2017 After multiple packages shipped in 3 years I can safely say this is a GREAT FedEx. Have received prompt calls when home printed labels didnt scan etc. Above and beyond with multiple employees. Today the woman working the receiving counter was my hero.

Convenient location but it was like pulling teeth to get them to give me some of the FedEx express shipping boxes (that are free with express shipments) as theyd much rather sell you standard boxes that they keep out front.

Terrible customer service at the FedEx counter. They tried to sell me an overpriced carton box needlessly & refused inspection when I didnt buy. Unbelievable! Go to another location.

Went in the early morning, so no wait. Acceptable prices, good service. Ive been to far worse Kinkos. Also, this is the largest Kinkos Ive ever seen.
