Went to the store to ship a turntable I had just purchased from Guitar Center. The item was in an open box so that the associate could package the item for me. the representative barely looked at the contents and told me it was OK, and that he was going to make sure they treated the item as fragile. The item arrived damaged and I was charged an 80% restocking fee. I just reported this to UPS, let us see how they react and if they make this right.

Customer Support is very bad... Had to wait for 30 minutes before I could talk to a person there... I agree, the charge to tape your box is unlike UPS and reminded me of shops in under developed countries... Will drive more than 4 miles to go to the store in Gaithersburg (Quince Orchard Rd and Darnestown Rd) but not this one...

I had an great experience at this business Andy was helpful and very patient. I was worried about sending a package the most cost efficient way and he took the time to try a couple of boxes and even cut the box down I decided on so my shipping rate would be lower. I will be back for any and all my shipping needs!

Only ups store Ive been to where they charge you for a tape fee. So be sure to tape the package before you come to this store. Otherwise they will charge you!!!!

Yep. Just got charged $1 for them to put two strips of packing tape to close up my package. Should’ve read the reviews. They will never see a dime from me.
