We had a 5 star experience when we went to this location first thing Sunday morning at 9am. Scott immediately welcomed us and helped us from start to finish. He took a personal interest in our project (bonus: hes a big animal lover!) and helped us customize it in ways that we just couldnt do on our own. Wed come back here in a heartbeat to work with him again! Thanks Scott!

I have nothing but good things to say about this location. The only thing that was a little strange is the layout of the store...trying to figure out which line to stand in was a little confusing at first. I came in for the first time yesterday and the woman who helped us was friendly, polite and helpful to the nth degree. Truly a pleasure to deal with.

Stay away from this place. Customer service is really bad they just want to get your money at any cost. Went here to drop off a package (perfectly packaged) and they wouldnt take it unless I bought a $10.00 box from them. I took the very same package to the Rockville location and they took it with out any questions.

The staff at Germantown FedEx is awesome. They are often dealing with many customers at any given time and do their best to meet everyones needs in a timely fashion. Theyve assisted me and my business with small jobs to extremely large print jobs. I highly recommend them to individuals and small businesses.

I called this place to ask a question and they basically told me they have people in line and they cant help me. After speaking a little the guy did say I can call later to ask my question. Does not seem like a professional place... Hopefully they will notice reviews like this and step up their game.

Really pleased with the service here. The woman I spoke to was very personable and seemed to genuinely care. She asked me to look at my prints to be sure they turned out to my liking and complimenting my art. The prints were also well-done. Overall, a very nice experience.

What a nightmare. Waited in line for more than half an hour only to be told you only do US passport pictures. And this in Germantown about 20 miles from the White House. How provincial can you be? Hey America there is a world out there. Get with the program. Disgusting.

Establishment was clean and organized but it took over 15 minutes to overnight an envelope because there was only one person helping those shipping. The representative Chevernet was great once it was our turn got us out quickly.

Super friendly staff always willing to help you! Total rip off when youre in a jam and need to use the computers though. High price for printing items as well. Supply and demand I suppose.

Helpfull staff, good options to print, usb, goole drive, Dropbox, etc..large volume printing will be expensive, try local library in that case.
