If I could give them a negative star, I would do it. Worse experience ever. Thus, I will never use USP any longer. Customer service has no idea what to do or help a customer and apparently even when you call over the phone it seems rocket science for them. Was supposed to get my package today and the track number says its complete but I had to go get it myself and I didnt get it saying the system has to allow it. I have to wait another day to get my package. I guess UPS at the gaither Rd is or has alienated workers to a point to follow and allow themselves to be as retard or stupid that a normal person with some decency should be ashamed to what they do or say. Pretty much it should closed

After calling customer service to confirm shipping requirements and instructions I took my package to the Gaither Road UPS Customer Center. The clerk at the center refused to accept the package, stating nonexistent restrictions and requirements. The clerk, apparently unable to understand the written guidelines at the location, and or unwilling to admit his mistake, insisted I would need to return with additional unnecessary documentation. A second call to customer service confirmed the clerks error. They consulted with a supervisor, and apologized, but were unable to actually do anything to resolve the problem. So, I will using another carrier for this, and all future business.

I have never had a good experience with this location. They are always super-crowded, the hours are difficult, and they dont even accept packages on Saturdays (despite being open for part of the day on Saturday). Today, I decided to try the UPS Store near the Rockville Metro Station -- a little farther of a drive for me, but a MUCH better experience. In and out in 2 minutes, friendly guy behind the counter, like an ACTUAL *customer* *service* experience. Ill never go back to this location.

I went to pick up the box tonight about 9:03 pm. Also I had a little late. I asked the customer service, but he is a bit too much and he was not friendly. When I wanted to know his name, but his name didn’t show to me. In addition, I typing to him about I need to look for the manager please. But he ignored me and he didnt reply to me, he escaped. Finally, I don’t happy that UPS customer service.

While I really wish they clarified the times they were open as we werent all sure (there were a few folks waiting for them to open for a second time late in the evening) and it wasnt on the door, once inside they were really helpful.

This place is as good as youd expect. Only one person working at a time and it takes them a while to get your things. I doubt it gets much better than that though. At least theyre open on Saturday.

This center is directly connected to the local hub for MoCo. The space is run down and dreary. Often picking up a package takes 15 minutes even if there is no one there. Avoid if possible.
