I was a 5-year customer of Ace Cleaners and overlooked a few bad dry cleaning services for my work suits and shirts: shirts were always starched, even when I requested them not to be; the (white) shirts frequently came back with a dingy yellow tinge in certain spots; and they lost my orders more than once which forced me to wait twice as long for the return of my clothes. I can overlook all of that as the cost of business. What finally forced me to stop going was them ruining a $500 wool suit of mine. They burned the suit jacket in several places and claimed it was moths. When I told them that the suit did not have those holes when I brought it to them, they denied it and said that only happens when you dont wear a suit for "at least 2 seasons." When I told them that I had this exact suit dry cleaned LAST MONTH and asked them to pull up my previous invoices, the owner refused and stopped talking to me. At no point was I asking for a refund or replacement, I just wanted to know what happen and get some reassurance that it wouldnt again. But when the owner of an establishment ignores a paying customer looking for answers because he refuses to take responsibility for his own error, its time to find another place to go.

Despite the other unfavorable reviews, I think ACE is great! Theyve gotten out tough stains that I could not and clothing is always clean and perfectly pressed. Only con of this place is that it is expensive but I guess thats expected since this is an organic dry cleaners.

This was my first time using this Dry cleaners. They told me my 5 shirts would be ready by 5 the next day, thats normal. I go by around 7pm to pick them up and they told me they cant find my shirts. What?
