When the Laundry Bag first opened it was very nice, but with the influx of immigrants to the area who have no clue about personal space or being polite and inquiring if someone is finished with a machine before they just take it over, I will be looking for somewhere else to do my laundry. In addition, the attendant allows the one bulk dryer they have to be taken over by people who could have easily dried their clothes in a regular dryer. As their smaller dryers were clearly not designed for bulky items, it causes a person drying large, bulky items to have to constantly stop the dryer to unball their laundry! I was there yesterday (12/19/07), I could not believe how many dryers were out of service! There were more than 10 before I stopped counting. After one of my comforters completed the drying cycle, I removed the comforter from the dryer and before I could turn back around from placing the comforter on the folding table someone had STOLEN my blue dryer balls from the dryer! I came in with three sets of two dryer balls (6) and left with two sets of two (4). That is beyond ridiculous!

This place is very clean and well lit, with plenty of parking and shopping nearby. I went in early and didnt see any staff, though someone must have been there, but the other customers were very helpful (first with me and then with another confused guy). The vending machines (for food, drinks, or toys) still take coins and $1, but the washers and dryers take a special card you have to get from there. To add money to the card, youll need a debit/credit card, or bills $5 or larger, because that machine doesnt accept coins or $1. Everything has instructions on it (in English, some with Spanish too). Some of them are broken, but from what I could tell they are all clearly labeled as such so you dont waste your money. You can bring your own soap or get that from a vending machine that uses the same card as the washers and dryers.

No entiendo por que el personal admite que las personas agarren las carretillas como que si fueran personales, le ponen algo simplemente para no compartir el uso aunque no las esten ocupando.. o comprar mas carretillas o poner reglas de uso por el resto es un buen lugar.....

Not a bad place. Fairly clean, yes, its a working Laundromat, that is, people, soap, detergent, etc. and some gets spilled, however the attendant was moping. The attendants are extremely helpful and many washers/dryers from which to choose. Big washers/dryers. Reasonable price. Im a single person, but I workout and Im in and out within an hour/hour and a half tops, that is, two washers/two dryers.

I have used their fold and wash service for six months with excellent service. Now they have a new employee, a man, who regularly turns me away. If I bring laundry on Saturday morning, he says he cant do it until Tuesday. The customer service is terrible now.

This is a great spot if you need a laundromat. Ive used it when large carpets needed to be washed, out when our washer was broken. Wash and fold service is 99¢ a pound, well worth the price.

Super quick, super efficient, and super clean facility. For someone that has not been to a laundromat in decades, that is saying alot! Very pleased and I highly recommend it. :)

I just moved here from mexico. I have so much laundry to do for me and my five kids. I love this place, there is sooooo much space. Literally no body is in your way, ever!

I found the facility to be spacious, convenient and the staff was helpful. I would definitely go there again. Plenty of parking and in a good area.
