I have been using Care Cleaners in Westminster for 5 years. Ive not had a problem with their service, quality or time to clean. Theyve never once damaged a garment (5 shirts a week for 5 years, do the math). I read three poor reviews and felt compelled to add a positive review for a service that has done me well for so long. I figure cleaners are autonimous. If they clean without issue, nobody notices. Once they fail one time everyone screams "to arms!". Im just saying, for me over 1000 shirts and a few pants (I can wash pants without wrinkling them so they dont get my pants business) and the occasional suit or sportcoat they are fine.

This place does not care. I have several expensive Express, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, and Vince shirts etc. Ive had them for years and always have them dry cleaned. After moving, finding this place, and visiting them twice I will never go back. Shirts have shrunk and several buttons have been broken. They were fine before they went to this place and now they are not wearable. Not to mention they take several days to even get them back to you. This place sucks. You get what you pay for. There probably isnt even a competent place in this area.

First time using these guys and I put them through the ringer. Gum smeared into a fancy lace dress, torn lace at the bottom of a blowse, and a big oil blotch in the middle of a dark blue blowse. All came back stain-free, repaired, and in good condition. 6 days, including repairs. A bit on the pricey side, but they saved a few of my favorite outfits, so I cant complain. Friendly. Straight-forward. Ill be back.

Took my pants here to be cleaned. Once I got them home I saw the word "holes" on the tag. I looked at the pants and there was small burn holes all over the pants. I called and the lady tried to tell me the holes were there when I dropped the pants off. Why would I drop off pants with holes in them to be cleaned. She hung up on me and refused to give me my money back or pay for the pants. BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE!

I took my curtains to be cleaned 2 and 1/2 weeks ago. They shrunk my curtains by three inches, to the point the lining was longer then the curtain. They then decided that they could strech them. Held them for another week. When I got them back on my doors, they were still to short. They also had rehemmed the lining so that it wouldnt show They refused to pay for new curtains. I will NEVER go there again.

They broke the zipper on my pants and would not not replace nor discount a new one. Bye bye.
