I just went to this cleaners for the first time. I was in the area and thought I would try it. They did not clean my clothes. My winter coat is still dirty, covered with lint, cat hair, my hair. I called for help was told to call back later. Well, I just called and was told that the cleaner can not remove hair, cat hair, lint. That would be an extra charge. I asked if they would clean, that will be an extra charge. I did not bother to ask about the spots still on my shirt. My clothes do not smell clean either. I think all they did was press my shirts, leaving spots. I will take to my normal cleaners on Guinea Rd.

I went in a few weeks ago to have a dress for prom altered. I ordered my dress online knowing that it would not fit perfectly. I brought it in and the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I ended up having to get my dress hemmed and taken in. I picked it up today and it was PERFECT. I couldnt be any happier. Thank you Burke Cleaners!

Ive been going to this dry cleaners for years and will never consider going to another place, ever! Their quality is impeccable - they will always get the toughest stains out. They also do a great job with alterations. Excellent service, friendly and professional staff - you cannot go wrong with this place, highly recommended.

Very nice and courteous and were quick with the return. I got dry cleaning as well as shoe repair done here. Very reasonably priced and on top of that offered an additional 10% off! Its a bit out of the way for me but wanted to go to get shoe repair done at the same time and Im glad I did!
