Came today, air conditioning wasnt on. I felt very suck in the heat. Brought the matter to two young men who acted very arrogant and said," we cant do anything about the AC"" both standing there with their hands in pockets talking I then went back to see if it would be OK if I open the doors for some circulation. Neither of them would help me. They both very lazy and rude, I wont be back. Ask three times for them to at least turn fans on. Finally the young man turned them on and hatefully said" its not my decision". This is bad business. Ive been coming here for more than 15 years. Today is last day. Owners to cheap to turn on AC or fans! Unbelievable. Advice: turn off two TVs and turn on fans and AC!!

Employee are friendly and that is the reason I give 2 stars. However, I am frequent client who use the "wash and folding" service. All the time I bring the same amount of clothes (they charge depend of the weight) and suddenly they charge $35 for a small basket of clothes (before they charged me $15 for the same amount.) Maybe they change owner.
