Rude, incompetent and very much OVERPRICED!!!! This is by far the worst dry cleaners that I have ever come across. I took pants there to be hemmed and when I got them back, they were completely wrinkled and poorly done - strings were still hanging off of the pants! When I asked why there were strings still hanging and why they had not pressed them, the incredibly rude lady responded that their tailor was great and that to press the pants would be extra. I will NEVER use them again.

You would think if they have the balls to charge the prices they do for drycleaning they would have the balls to stand by their work. BUT they dont!!! You can get the same job and better service from ZIPS and pay $1.85/garmet instead of $14.95!

Excellent and professional. Outstanding customer service. When I needed a tablecloth for a holiday, owner brought it to my house in a snowstorm.
