I brought in a sports coat that had a stain on the lapel. It was determined to be shoe polish. The material was wool. The cleaner returned the item at no charge. They didnt rule out the coat being cleanable, just didnt take on the liability and were honest about it. I had a suit and another sports coat pressed and they came out great. Pricing is good too.
