This place will rip you off, so I wouldnt dare trust a company like that to have people in my house! Also, beware of that of the SEVEN 5-star reviews below, 2 are written by Miguel, 2 by Ariel, and 2 by Kevin. The other reviewer, "Leads" is a company that is linked at the bottom of Maxi Maids website. All the reviews are written within about a month timeframe. All these factors strike me as very suspicious. The cleaning service was great, but they charged me for an extra hour, even though they were only there for an extra 30 minutes. When I called to dispute the extra 30 minute charge, they were so incredibly rude, said theyd call me back on two different occasions and never did, and refused to refund the extra half hour charge. Because of that, they have lost my repeat business in the future. The first time Maxi Maids come to your house, they charge by the hour, with a minimum of two hours at $72/hour. I was home that day, let them into the house, and they started to clean. Close to the end of the two hour window, the Maxi Maids office called me to say that the maids still needed an extra hour so that would be an additional $72. I said that was fine, they were doing a great job, and thanks for letting me know. Well, the cleaners wrapped up only 30 minutes later, so right after they left, I called the Maxi Maids office to tell them that the maids were only there an extra 30 minutes, not an extra hour, and wanted to know if they charged for partial hours or if I still had to pay for the full hour. They said that they charge by the half hour after the initial two hours, and that it wouldnt be a problem. A few days later, my credit card was charged for three hours. When I called to dispute it, they said theyd check with the cleaning crew and call me back. They never did. So I called them back and reminded them that told me theyd only charge in half hour increments. They said that no, the maids were there an extra hour. I reminded them that I called immediately after the maids left to say it was only an extra half hour. The woman said shed check with her boss and call me back. She never did. When I called back, the woman offered no apology for not calling me back (twice now!) and said that her boss said there was nothing they could do. I was perfectly willing to pay for an extra hour of service if they had been there for an hour. But they were only there for an extra 30 minutes and I did everything I could to ensure that they were aware of that! They lost repeat business forever for a lousy $36!! What crappy customer service. Although the cleaning service was good and thorough, I would not trust a company with such shady business practices to ever come into my home!

I had maximaids come do a 1st time cleaning today, and I was very happy with the results! Ill be setting up regular cleanings with them, mainly because theyve quoted me the best price, but also because of the great work they did! Im hopeful theyll keep up the great work from this point forward.

I have grandkids in and out every day, so the house is lived in. They did a very thorough job, and from removing little fingerprints to sticky apple juice spills the house looks great. Very professional and they were in and out right on schedule! I recommend them, and will use again.

Maxi Maids has been cleaning my home in Fairfax for over 8 years. They have always been respectful and send me emails on scheduling cleaning. Their five stars of cleaning definitely bring a different level of clean to your home.

My house is SPOTLESS, the cleaners came nicely uniformed, with their cleaning supplies and equipment. I would recommend this service to all of my friends and family!!!! I LOVE MaxiMaids!
