They have someone manning the phone who can barely speak English, and has a unhelpful attitude. I have a single large item that doesnt fit in my washer, and needed to know the cost to use a large machine and if theres functioning coin changer machines there. First call (at 4pm Tuesday) today, the man mumbles ".....uh, hello...". I ask if this is Arlington Coin Laundry. He says "uh....no...." I hang up. Check # and call again. "....uh..yeah...hello..." Is this Arlington Coin Laundry? "uh no...not in the building" . I clarify this is not Arlington Coin Laundry? He says "yes....uh no...yes" Which is it? "Yes Arlington Coin Laundry but not here" I ask if he speaks English. "..uh...no...." Can you get someone who does speak English? "..no..Spanish only...." I dont mind both of us struggling to make some understanding, but having someone who is so incapable of communication and passively unwilling to make any effort (mumbled, paused and sighed like he just woke up and didnt know where he was, and didnt care much) in charge of the phones is just ridiculous. Even a recorded outgoing message with a list of prices and info would have been helpful. Ill walk the extra mile to another laundromat.

Large units, hair salon and pool table rooms inside the laundromat. All that is missing is food/coffee and Id stay all day! Also a counter for selling various sizes and brands of detergent. As mentioned, it doesnt seem the manager speakes much English but he was hospitable and friendly during my visit. Also, laundry mats are pretty self explanitory. Ive never been to one that didnt at least have one large capacity unit. This place has 30, 50 and 60lb units. It was also very clean when I went.
