The coaches at Gift of Dance Academy are the absolute best! They serve as mentors to my daughter. They push her, love her, and discipline her. They are honest and fair. They provide accurate instruction and technical expertise. Additionally, Mrs. Stephanie works to provide opportunities for the children. She makes things like dancing at Disney World, in the Philadelphia ABC 7 Thanksgiving Day Parade, Moscow Ballets Russian Nutcracker Auditions/performances, and auditions with Joffrey and ABB possible. We have not had one bad interaction there. My daughter spends approximately 20 hours a week in this studio and there arent better people that I would want her to be around and influenced by.

In response to the negative review... Ive sent my daughter to this school every year since the it opened 5 years ago, and Ive only observed positive things while watching my daughters classes and performances. I know the owner personally, and she strives to maintain a positive Christian atmosphere, and I know she is open to anyone coming to her with a complaint and she will try her best to resolve it. My daughter started dancing with Gift Of Dance Academy when she was 4 years old, and in my experience, the teachers there are very good with beginners. My daughter really enjoys her time there, and like sending her there.

Terrible. The dancing was much to hard for my daughter. They were not good teachers and definitely picked favorites. My daughter felt like she had learned nothing there and was afraid to freestyle because she kNew nothing about dance and this place didnt teach her anything. Maybe a good place for experienced dancers but not for beginners. They claim to be a Christian academy but they had my daughter tweaking and thrusting everywhere. Nobody follows dress code wearing belly shirts, short shorts, and nobody wore shoes, which they say is a requirement on the website.

I am a competition dancer here at Gift of Dance and it has been the most wonderful experience in my life. Miss Stephanie is an amazing teacher giving us so many opportunities that only happen once in your life. I wouldnt be where I am today without her and all the wonderful staff members there. This is the best studio in Fredericksburg for kids of all ages to find a passion for dance just like I did!

We love Gift of Dance Academy! Mrs. Stephanie is very professional and friendly. She teaches technique well and seeks out qualified teachers to assist. The recital was amazing and the music policies all posted. No profanity in music etc. Parents also are friendly and there is a nice waiting area for those who need to wait.

My daughter has been dancing here since she was 2, and it is one of the few studios that allow students that young. It has been a fantastic experience for her and really introduced her love of dance! Teachers are all knowledgable and my 4 year old is using dance vocabulary that I didnt even know!
