So I was told at the time of my state inspection that i needed rotors, pads, and caliper on one side. I was told $600+ by Meineke?! I called Alex at Blizzards and was told 200 and about 2-3 hours. Alex had great service and great prices- the parts store ended up messing up and selling the wrong rotors so he drove all the way to Norfolk (45 minute drive if your lucky) to get a new one- Im not gonna lie I was pissed. but i decided i give him the benefit of the doubt- i didnt question it- when Alex returned my car, without hesitation he showed me the receipt from the Norfolk store- AMAZING. Since he showed me that and the price was great anyway i didnt worry about the time it took but it did end up taking 5 hours- no biggy though as i said he drove a long way to get the right part. Overall great service and awesome prices. word to the wise- if you do go there be warned- its kind of a shady looking place but dont judge a book by its cover- Alex is great and I WILL continue to go see him with any of my car troubles any time without hesitation.
