Went to get a free brake check. After sitting there fot 45 mins they finally took my car in the shop to look at. Then i sat there fir another 30 mins. I got up to look and see that the entire crew was sitting around smoking, they spotted me and all the sudden they want to tell me all these things wrong with my car and it will total around 600. They were charging me 90 just for the brake pads that they told me i didnt really need right away. I guess because i am a female i think im an idiot. Dont go here they will try to rip you off

Was there for an hour getting a quote for engine mount replacement. They ask to see what the dealer was charging me for it and took a full hour "examining" the car to come back to tell me it was going to cost me $675 a full $25 less then the dealership. Unknown to them the dealership price on the paper didnt include military discount and it was going to cost me higher to do the replacement with them. They tried to rip me off so I went to the pep boys on mercury and got it for $450. Dont go to these con artist!

I used to bring my cars here for service but the last two times Ive tried to schedule an appointment I was told just come in when we open in the morning and well get you in first thing. Well I went in and both times i was told they couldnt take me because they had leftover work from yesterday. They will tell you something on the phone and then say something completely different in person. Dont waste your time with this place. I will never go to another Meineke again because of this location.

stay away, have taken care for several issues over the last year, hardly any were fixed the first time correctly and many of their fixes I had to take to someone else to correct. took it there today and they refused to warranty their work and said they were sick of seeing the car it was up their too much. it was up their too much because they could very rarely fix the problem the first time. Ray the owner today was very rude to my parents who came I their to pick up the car.

Professional...yes. Professionally overpriced! PLEASE get a second estimate on parts and labor before dealing with this place. I wont say they dont do good work...but to get a quote 500.00 higher than another place for the SAME job/parts...is a bit of irony to say the least! Unless they are spacecraft parts or something...I dont see the reason why they would be so expensive. If you LOVE paying top dollar...then go there. If not...do your homework and caveat emptor!!

If youre looking for an honest, dependable garage for auto repairs this is the place. Ray and his very personable crew at this Meineke are all total professionals. Were repeat, loyal customers and refuse to go anywhere else for auto maintenance on our Toyota LandCruiser and BMW M3. They also offer a military discount and have numerous coupons online.

Received great service, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and polite. They were busy and it did take longer than expected. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. I had a coupon for $20 that included the tire rotation and oil change, so the price was very good! Would visit again.

Worst customer service I have ever receieved. Tried to get an oil change early in the morning and noticed that the front desk clerk did not care about needs of my car and was very rude. Would never recommend this place to anybody who wants great early customer service. Better off going to the jiffy lube across the street.

Called yesterday to get hours of operation and a price for an oil change, got here today 20 minues before they opened. When I went inside, they wanted to charge more than double the amount. I was told that the type of oil Ive been getting doesnt exist. Totally different from what I was told over the phone.

Came in for inspection they dont do appointments so i got her 15 mins before they opened. Im told that someone was infront of me already once they opened i was the only one here. Im still here 3hrs later for an inspection 3 hours to he fair itll be more that that my xar hasnt left the bay yet

Went there earlier this year. They did not try to get me to replace something I did not need. They just noted that you will likely have to replace tires by next inspection. Guy up front worked hard to make the customers before me and myself were pleased.
