I always receive outstanding service at Automotive Authority. I recently went in for an oil change to which I initially called, and was informed that they would be able to get me in and out expeditiously. As always true to their word, I was in and out, and able to complete the rest of my chores for the day. Been with Automotive Authority for over 12 years, and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I was in Virginia visiting family during the holidays. Started to have some problems with my vehicle, my father in law sent me to Automotive Authority, Inc in Chesapeake.
