DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! Purchased a 2002 Mazda Millenia from here a month ago. In the last month, the car has been in my possession 3 days because everything you can imagine has been wrong with it. 2 days after purchasing, it need a valve cover gasket replaced. then it went from one gasket to all 8. From then it was hoses, oil leaks and everything else you can imagine. We literally just finally picked it up from the shop "fixed" 2 days ago, and it just broke down in the middle of the road. This place is a rip off. There is no way in the world the "mechanic" they have on duty is certified. Altogether, its been about a $4000 loss between purchase and repairs. I want NOTHING to do with these people again. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. IF IT ISNT FOR TIRES, YOURE ABOUT TO GET JERKED. Theres no way these people can say they didnt know all these things were wrong with the car before selling it to us. They keep saying we purchased "as is", which is true, but I work in the automotive industry, and this is just WRONG. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to step foot on this property, and trust me, I know ALOT of people! I only gave this establishment 1 star because there wasnt an option not to give them any.

First let me start off with my original experience at Angelos. Brought in my 2001 BMW for a oil change, the mechanic Mike told me if I bought my own filter and oil it would be only 20 to change. Dropped the car off and picked up later on in afternoon. About a 2-3 weeks later I received a call from Angelos it was the owner. I was told that the mechanic "Mike" never did the oil change because they found the filter somewhere in shop!!! The owner apologized and asked if I could bring the car back so he could do the job his mechanic never did! I couldnt believe my ears. The owner explained to me that Mike no longer was there and in fact opened up a shop on Canal! Ive never respected a owner more. This man went up and beyond to make sure his customer was taken care of. Thank you guys so much. Youve made me realize they still are honest people in the world. As for the mechanic Mike, please stay far far away from this mans shop "Top Notch" he is a thief and a liar. Thank you guys again. -stef Blue BMW

These people gave me a hell of a deal they could of screwed me but instead they told me what was wrong with my car and they fixed it they went above and beyond to make us happy and Im very grateful for Angelo and his wife they fixed more than what they had to for my car and the other shop pomoco in hampton that was getting ready to rip me off for a diagnostic Angelo himself called them back and got me a discount without even seeing me or my car so Im very grateful for him and his wife and their shop is awesome I suggest you go there especially if youre like me and mechanics rip you off and you dont know s*** about your car go to this place dont make the same mistake I did and he got me a toe to his shot because my car wouldnt start the day before I paid $140 he got me a tow for not even a third of what I paid so again I suggest you go to the shop and dont make the same mistakes that I did

Went there to get my car diagnosis told me it was the fuel pump told me it would be 300 and something to fix. Didnt let them fix it because I felt like I was being overcharged. Took it to a different shop to get fixed and the fuel pump wasnt the problem. They wouldnt give me a refund for the diagnosis fee or reimburse me for the fuel pump. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED ! I also talked to owner Angelo he told me to bring paperwork in when I tried to bring paperwork he told me its nothing he can do. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANGELOS TIRE AGAIN . IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY. I REPEAT TO U DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET FIX OR DIAGNOSIS. I only gave them one star because it wasnt a option to give them a zero. I will let everyone I know to stay away from this place. Just a waste of money and time. They just lost a loyal customer.

I had a Chrysler Pacifica and had a sound system installed. I was told I needed a digital line jack so my amp and subs would work with the factory system. and paid nearly $300.00 for this piece. ( and didnt even write it on the invoice as that part- how convenient! ) I have since sold the Pacifica and had the system uninstalled and come to find out, wouldnt you know it that piece was not in the car and a $19.00 line jack was spliced in the B pillar speaker wire! Do business at your own risk and if you do, stay with the car so they dont rip you off. Dont get ripped off like I did! Also was told that the seats were taken out so that the 0 gauge wire could fit in the car :-/ Really? Is that why my sill plates wouldnt sit right! Oh ya, thats because the wire was under them!!! >_<

We were traveling home after a vacation in the Outerbanks. Our check engine light came on while we were on the interstate. We were fortunate enough to turn off at an Exit close to Angelos. They greeted us as soon as we drove in (this was on a Sunday). They did a diagnostic on the vehicle and identified the issue. While they were unable to resolve the issue since they only do tire work on a Sunday, they were able to re-assure us that we would be able to drive the car home safely. And we did! Best part is when it came time to pay, all they told us was to have a safe drive home (no charge). Great service and incredible kindness. Thank you.

I somehow caught a flat on my way to my aunts funeral! I was around the corner from Angelos, so I immediately went there. I was greeted as soon as I got out of the car. I told the young lady my tire just started going flat, and she said they would fix it for me. I cannot EXPRESS enough how great this experience was for me. The owners totally calmed me down as I was upset and thinking I would not make the funeral. Anytime I need tires I will be going to Angelos. Their customer service and professionalism in UNMATCHED in the tire business. I would encourage everyone in the area to support this small business. I know I always will.

Angelo called me back after locating like new tires for my truck at a great price. The mechanic was courteous and rolled his bike away from the shop so he didnt wake my son who was sleeping. The next morning I brought the truck back to get the fog light diagnosed. The mechanic found the issue (a relay). They didnt charge me! Great customer service on both visits. They have a repeat customer in me and Ill refer! Thanks guys!
