This Mr. Tire shop made my familys day. First-class service across the board, starting with DJs friendly "bring it on down and well fix your car as soon as we can" -- late on a Saturday when every other shop was closed. Then Steve craftily repaired a freak undercarriage panel problem with our Prius, quick enough for us to make it to a wedding reception. Finally, a friendly young employee ran a baby item wed forgotten out to our car the next day. No pressure, just a professional operation. Top marks!

Last minute on a Sunday we had to take our Jeep in because it was not starting. The staff member DJ was extremely helpful and did not charge us because the problem with my vehicle can only be fixed at the dealership. He did extra research on his own time to help us so we wouldnt have to take it to the dealership... unfortunately we did have to take it to the dealership but thank you Mr. Tire you guys are AWESOME!

Great shop with honest people for common car needs. The people that work there are very straightforward and will tell you exactly what you need as well as what they recommend. Theyre very honest and wont try to sell you things you dont need. They did make a mistake on my tire installation once, but then immediately corrected it and gave me a discount on my order for the delay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the service was not. I went in for an alignment and had to take it back because they did not center the steering wheel. That was understandable, but when they gave me the car back after correcting the first mistake I found that they did not tighten down the bolt holding my front suspension together. Very dangerous!

Had multiple warning lights go off at 5 pm on a Saturday and TJ and the crew took my subaru outback into the shop right away, ran diagnostics, and found and fixed multiple problems. They were professional and went out of their way to show me where the problems were and also offering ways to save me the most money.

Came in to have my brakes checked Ended up needing Brakes , Rotors and Pads The staff at the lexington park Mr tire were absolutely great. They were great with finding me a good deal with 6 kids saving money is a must. Whenever I need work done I will for sure be coming back to this Mr tire.

Put one odd lug nut and did not bother to put the center cap back on another wheel. I went back to allow them to correct this. The manager seemed to cate less. When I got fired up over it he turned his back and went back into the store.

California Mr. Tire put the wrong tires on my car did an alignment. So this Mr. tire fixed the tires but it still has a vibration at 60 mph. Contacted the corporate office several times with no help.
