MILITARY MEMBERS AND AMERICAN CITIZENS ARE RIPPED OFF AT FIRESTONE If I could give this less than one star, I would. I had no issues with the staff up front, but the maintenance side cant do what their customers want them to do. I brought my car in for them to change a bad clutch and change a rear main seal for preventative maintenance. They told me theyd call the next day about the cost for a seal. The next day, they called and said they wouldnt be able to get the seal until a week from then. Oh, except they already took out the transmission for the clutch. Oh, and they werent going to wait a week for the seal that I wanted replaced. I had to choose between them putting the engine back together with no work done and paying for the labor now and after the seal is received or just getting the clutch changed out and taking the loss. This location completely rips off military members and customers are clearly not their top priority. They do what they want and to hell with the people who are paying them.

BEWARE: Shop manager Todd loves to flirt with folks wives and make smart comments as if he is doing you a favor. We came in to have the brake fluid and rotors replaced when we were told we needed 4 tires. Since we had just got an inspection in February we wanted to see how just less than 2 months ago they passed the car for inspection. When we asked Todd he said that the when they fail cars for bad tires on inspections it raises red flags with the state. So my response was "its either a safety issue or its not, why would you be dishonest because of what the state might think?" . The guy had the nerve to say to my wife with me standing there "If you were my wife...". I had to pray to myself and think of my family, freedom, and job to keep me from acting ignorant.

If Justin is an example of the quality and integrity of the workers at Firestone; then I hope the company is doing what they can to keep him! Bottom line: I authorized additional TPMS work to be done in case they couldnt fix the sensor with a kit...Justin was able to remove it and repair it saving me over $100 that he just as easily could have ripped me off and replaced it for the heck of it or worse, charge me and I wouldnt have been the wiser. There are a lot of mixed reviews and perceptions but my experience ...from dropping my car off with Josh (very professional young man) to getting it back was a pleasure. This place has got my business.

I bought four new tires and had a state inspection done. They had apparently just ran out of the tire I intended to purchase, and they upgraded me to a better model tire with a longer warranty at the lower price they had originally quoted me. I appreciate when a business stands by their quoted price, even when it costs them a little bit extra. This was my 2nd or 3rd time at this location, and while this was an exceptional experience, the customer service has always been friendly and courteous, and the products and services have been quality.

Watch them, theyll rip you off. They like to add headlight adjustment to the cost of a state inspection (28 bucks if I remember correctly). I watched them NOT do an adjustment, the guy just held a screwdriver on the bulb for one second--done. Then the adjustment cost was not added to the state inspection form (totally against State Police rules). Too many headlight adjustments will raise flags with State Police, you see.

The person at the desk had a horrible attitude like asking him questions about my car was bothering him. Im pretty sure its his job to inform the customer & provide good customer service. Ended up not leaving my car & taking my business elsewhere. Wont ever be returning!

Did a good job on replacing my timing belt....... BUT...........I WAS RIPPED OFF ON THE FINAL PRICE!.......IT WAS MUCH MORE THAN I WAS QUOTED!! THEY SUCK YOU IN BY SMILING IN YOUR FACE.......AND THEN THEY SUCK YOU DRY FOR EVERY DOLLAR THEY CAN!!
