If I could, Id give this place no stars. I went it for teal and purple streaks and I came out with electric blue and black. They didnt strip the old color out first and only the roots look like how I wanted it. When I was obviously unhappy with the coloring, they still made me pay for it as "were willing to fix it." Er, if it came out not even close to correct the first time, you think I want them to keep tinkering? They blamed my hair as opposed to their lack of knowledge, and Ive been getting my hair dyed for 15 years! This is what you get when you go with a low end shop - you get what you pay for. Im calling Paul Mitchell to let them know as well. Now I have to pay for another salon to fix this hot mess!

I have gone to Cutting Edge several times and LOVE IT! As a matter of fact, I use to come from MAINE just to have them do my hair. Now that I am living in VA and much closer, I am happy to be able to go more often. They have styled, cut, colored and even helped me with dry brittle hair issue. The shampoo and conditioner they suggested has made a world of difference on my oh, so dry, gray hair. I would recommend it to all my friends and family! Oh wait, I have already!
