This is the absolute worse nail shop in Syracuse. I got my eyebrows done and the lady was extremely nasty and rude. She had a horrible attitude talking about she has a long day. It was 9 am in the morning! I was her 1st client. She was rough and the wax was clearly too hot because the next day my skin was burned bad!! They would not refund my money and tried to give me Neosporin for my troubles. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE.

Worst experience ever i told the lady to shape my eyebrows medium-sized and showed her a picture and she still made them thin i wouldnt recommend them if theyre were the last nail salon standing in Syracuse to top it off she had a nasty ass attitude..never again
