They were terrible... I went in for a consultation to dye my hair (ombré) and they said it would cost $100 considering my hair length. We talked about many things and asked many questions including if the hair dye will stick and SHOW up on my hair (I have dark hair). They said yes it would and were sure about it. She sits me down a couple of hours later and start to work on my hair while she has another customer sitting on the chair right next to me. She starts working on my hair and then starts touching the customers hair while shes working on mine. I let that slide and then she washed the dye out of my hair and starts to dry it. The was NO color showing up what so ever. Needless to say when I told her about it she became very aggressive and said that she had told me before that the color wouldnt show up on hair as dark as mine (LIE). If I had known it wouldnt show up I wouldnt waste 2 hours of my life and damage my hair because of the dye. She then asked another woman who works there and the woman said thats what you asked for. Which definitely wasnt. They were very aggressive and rude and I wouldnt recemmend to anyone.

I have never before let anyone cut my hair because i was terrified of them messing it up. However I am so glad that I did it! Cindy (whoI found out has 17 years of experience) did a great job! She listened to exactly what I wanted and was very honest with me about what I should and shouldnt do. She explained what each product was before she used it, which was very nice. I will definitely return.

I walked in off the street and was taken back immediately for a cut that I wont soon forget. Robin was one of the friendliest stylists Id ever met and as she cut my hair she explained everything she was doing and how to recreate my look at home. I love my new hair and will definitely be going back and asking for Robin!
