Aweful exeperience for me and and my 4 yr old daughter. Walked in to have a trim for me and a bang trim. They never acknowledged me or asked what I was there for or anything. Waited 48 minutes while every other person who walked in waited less then 10 minutes and received a hair cut. Even a call in came in and waited 5 minutes and received a hair cut. After waiting and seeing that everyone else were getting a haircut and gone. They FINALLY said, I dont think we will be able to cut your hair today. Can you come back tomorrow.? What? Really!? One of the older Hair Dressers said well I might be able to cut one of your hair. But since Im fixing to leave I dont want to mess your hair up.Totally unprofessional! No customer service skills. The bad thing is that they had a BIG FLAT SCREEN T.v. stating WAlK -Ins Welcome. WE are ready to serve.! Not this case. I will never every go there. I will not recommend anyone to go there. They are rude. Why would a professional Hair Stylist put her self down by saying I might mess your hair up!

The facilities are very nice and clean. The manager Brandon is very nice and courteous as are most of the other employees. Love the smoothy bar. I wish they were opened later on Saturdays though. I like to tan for relaxation and pain relief. The employees dont like it if you come in after 4:30pm on Saturday. One of the Saturday afternoon employees can be quite rude. I have to drive 25 minutes to get there so it is disappointing when you walk in on a Saturday only to be turned away after 4:30. Most of the tanning beds are scratched up. This same employee doesnt like to open all of the beds on Saturday. If you ask for a bed thats not damaged she will argue with you, even though you clean your own beds. Dont feel like you get your moneys worth when you basically cant use the whole facility on the weekends and are treated rudely by one of the employees.

I have gone to Simmons Cut and Tan a few times for eye brow waxing before or after I work out.Ive never had a bad experience until last night.I never had the girl that was doing my eye brow waxing (she may have been new) but she was very rude.The wax she used was so hot it felt like it was burning my skin...and it smelt burnt.I asked her not to wax the top of my eye brow and she put the wax on it and I said something and she said it was to late.She asked why I never wax the top of my eye brows and I told her that I was told not to along time ago and just never have done it.She proceeded with thats wrong we do that all the time.After everything was said and done I have to go get my eye brows fixed somewhere that is a little more professional due to one is longer and thicker then the other. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SIMMONS CUT AND TAN FOR ANYTHING!!!!

Its always clean, comfortable atmosphere, theyre always ready for your appointment and put appointments before walk-ins, but will do everything they can to accommodate walk-ins, all the girls are so nice and they do a great job. You cant beat the price. Ive been going here for years now.

This is by far one of the best gyms ive been in. Love the 24/7 part and how theyre the only ones who have that.
