Worst place to go, if I want all your hair to fall out then be my guess I am a bride and was trying to get my hair nice and ready for my wedding day instead they made it all fall out leaving me sad and very unhappy my hair was so bad from going to them I had to go and get a weave I have never had befor so I wouldnt be a bald bride and I was going to this place for month not realized that my hair was being thinned out and chemically broken off into it was to late and it was all gone please cant stress this anuff go Ella were and be smart dont make the same erra I did!.

Ive been here between 6-10 times. They attend the people they know before whoever is on the list. Why bother having a list? I kept giving the benefit of the doubt because the haircuts were good. But this last time when I mentioned I wanted it shorter, the girl said it looked fine like that. All because she had more customers waiting...when I walked in initially I was told it would be 10 minutes...I was attended an hour and 20 minutes after arriving. I tried.
