If I could give this place zero stars I would. It was horrible. I had been in before and the owner cut my hair and did everything I asked for so I assumed it would be okay. So I told the woman cutting my hair that I just wanted a trim and an extra layer added to my hair as my hair is curly and was becoming weighed down from me growing it out. As I am getting shampooed she starts complaining about the "quality" of my hair and how dry it is and etc. Asking me questions like "do you color with grocery store color" and she keeps pushing the subject so I firmly tell her the truth. Which is I actually go out of town and pay good money to get my hair colored(never blonde because that can be damaging) and typically spend $70 on shampoo and conditioner for my color treated hair. I also informed her I NEVER blow dry or flat iron my hair.She continues to complain as she is cutting my hair(probably trying to get a sale on some other treatment or product) and goes as far to ask me "do you wash your hair with well water." In the end she had me turned around while cutting my hair as shes saying things like "I just love cutting long hair,theres just so much more to do with it." So my trim turned into no extra layer like I asked and 4 inches shorter shirley temple hair do of my hair I had been growing out for over a year. I told her it was nothing that I asked for and she claimed it was the condition of my hair breaking and falling off that did it. Normally I would be concerned if someone said this, but everywhere else Ive ever gone I have had nothing but compliments on the condition of my hair. I think it was a cultural confusion between fine hair and dry hair ( as all employees here vietnamese and speak broken english). I continued to my car where I cried all the way home.

Worst manicure of my life. I frequently get gel nails and I have never had it take longer, or be more painful. Not only did it take over two hours (she had to redo 3 of my nails several times) but i also left with more polish on my cuticles/knuckles/and wrist than I did on my actual nails. While the overall gray color of my fingers from her repeated mistakes went away after washing my hands several times, the lack of polish at the bottom of my nail stayed until I got them redone days later. The lady who did this botched manicure had absolutely no concern for my visible wincing or the cracking of my fingers as she forced them one way or another. I wish I could submit a picture so everyone could see what a heinous job she did. There is a reason the salon was empty when I walked in.

I wanted to get a cheap quick trim - which is why I went to the mall and asked for a $20 cut (the price list was at the door). All I wanted was 1/2 inch trim, which I clearly said. I now have a chopped up mess that is 5 inches shorter than when I went in. I havent cried over a hair cut since 7th grade. This is bad. What makes it worse is that I was charged $40! And the person who cut my hair barely spoke to me, but spoke to other staff (there were no other customers, which should have been my indication to leave) in an asian language I do not know. I thought this was rude and quite disconcerting. It is just hair, so thank goodness it wil grow back - but in the meantime I look like someone cut my hair with sheep sheers blindfolded. Bad cuts, rude staff, high prices.

This salon is awesome. All of the ladies who work there are very friendly and clearly have a lot of experience; their work is always excellent. They always take their time and dont rush you out after. My mom and I got pedicures today and they did the massage with warm stones, which was heavenly. The salon is very clean, calm, and quiet; perfect for a relaxing pedicure. Definitely my favorite spot in town for a pedi.

I got an old lady and they messed up my nails, I wish I had gotten a refund at the moment. She was distracted speaking Chinese to her co workers and not focusing on the client. They lack attention to their client and Im never going there again. The lady kept shaking and wouldnt stop and messed up my nails. She talks to her clients in Chinese because she cant speak English as well.

I love this place. The price and service are great. Every time Ive been, but I have not waited too much for my turn. All the techs are really nice and incredible. All in all, Ive been here about 8 times and will definitely keep coming back, especially since they take their time (even with others waiting) and give me a neck massage after manicure!

This is such a great nail salon. The staff are really careful and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable. I only go here now even though its a bit of a longer walk from my house. Definitely worth stopping by to check them out. Cant say enough good things!

The staff was really nice, but they didnt clean their instruments properly or the soaking tubs. I probably need to bath in rubbing alcohol. They also failed to paint my entire toenail. Sorry to say it, but for such a nice location it was subpar.
