I gave Gail a chance after my stylist quit. She BOTCHED my hair! I asked for my bangs to be TRIMMED! Not only did she screw that up, but she started cutting the rest of my hair too. She also attempted to frame my face. When she was done, it looked like a child cut their own hair. I cried! She took way, way too much off and nothing was tapered. One could clearly see places the she just chopped away. Nothing blended. It was easily the worst haircut if my life. I got a refund and had to go to another place the next day. My hair is now two inches shorter all the way around! All I wanted was my bangs shortened!!!! They were already there. All she had to do was shorten them. The manager asked me to let them fix it. I told her "why would I let anyone here touch me? You hired her and kept her on, and shes talentless. If you hired her, how can I trust that anyone here is skilled?" Worst haircut ever! I am furious!

Worst experience ever! I took my son for a haircut, and he came out with a buzz! The worker had just done the same to the customer before us, but I assumed he had asked for that. He did not look pleased when he was done. We should have left when we had the chance! This woman apparently knows only one way to cut hair! We even showed her a picture which she completely ignored. Very unfortunate... Now I understand why there was only one other customer on a Saturday afternoon!

I have been to this location often and always received good service. I went there yesterday after work and received the worst hair cut I have ever had. The one lady I like there was with another customer so I went to the available person. She chopped my hair in about 5 minutes and the layers were uneven; there were 2 inch differences in the length of some of the layers. I went to the salon across the street this evening to get it fixed.

After getting a haircut here the other day, I had to go straight to Target to pick up a pair of scissors so that I could spend my afternoon fixing my hair. It was completely butchered and uneven.

Came in to get a hair cut. 1 person was in the back talking to a customer. I waited 12 mins. Saying hello many times loudly. Got completely ignored. Left and went elsewhere.

A welcome contrast to the many other affordable salons that only give men the soldier buzz. Angelica listened to what I wanted and she got it right. Thank you.
