Wish I could give no stars.... I wanted a perm in long hair, the stylist said she has been doing perms since she was 9, she wouldnt use the smallest curlers and I was only wrapped up for 10 minutes, not a very good rinse and then set up for another 5 with the chemicals. Needless to say my perm fell out in 4 hours. I went back for a refund and the lady said they would like to try again? Hell no, my hair is dry enough and brittle. Her reply was that she would CUT off my hair where it was colored, maybe 3 or 4 inches and do a conditioner treatment and then re-perm my hair. UM NO THANKS just issue a refund, well the refund was a hassle too! I do not recommend Hair Cuttery of King George!

Im a nice person and gave my hair stylist a 10.00 tip on a 28.00 bill but the hair cut I got the WORST Ive EVER had. Ive been so upset the past couple of days I want to scream. Her card says shes a master stylist. NOT. I got a chop job that I cant do anything with. The lengths are so dramatic I have to style VERY small pieces at a time. I specifically stated I wanted layers I could curl. I got dramatic chops and my hair wont even fluff. Thank goodness hair grows. "V" (First letter of your name) you should spend more time on your craft then trying to sell you salon products.

After being told the wait was 20 minutes, I decided to wait. After about an hour and no communication from any of the staff I decided to leave. It would have been nice to at least acknowledge that I was there and how much longer itd be. It would have taken 5 minutes to cut my sons hair. We were next in line and one of the workers was free but then disappeared in the back for a long time....I will never go back to this location

Same story. My husband was told it would be 30 minutes but he decided to wait. One hour later, after watching people who came in after him but who had appointments go back he asked why they hadnt factored in the appointments when they told him 30 minutes. They couldnt even understand the question. They may do great haircuts but they are way too stupid to manage a business.

Went to get my hair cut into a Med Bob with layers,and I ask her 2 times if she knew what I was talking about, Oh yes, that will look good on,When I looked at what she had done I just wanted to cry. My hair is sooo short ,it looks like she put a bowl on my head and my ears was her guild line, and even thats not even, I am still just horrified !!!

For the people tho think that others get bumped up in line please remember that they probably chose to have a stylist who does not have a line of people waiting to get in. i have had to wait a period of time before but have always been acknowledged and respected and have always received amazing hair cuts. I highly recommend this hair cuttery!!

Do not ever go to this place. Taylor used to cut my hair and she did great. She is gone I think. Everyone else there will destroy your hair. I have to completely shave my head because of the haircut I got. I look like some emo kid with an undercut when I asked for a low fade. Apparently the do whatever they want.

Hair cut was good, until I got home checked my account and was over charged! I sighed the receipt for $19.00, gave her a tip in cash and my card was charged $22.80! I know its only a few dollars, but thats completely messed up and its credit card fraud Miss... Check your account! Very pissed! Clearly...

This was one of the worst haircuts I have had since bootcamp, theyre so lazy because they know theyre one of the only options besides the NEX here. Not to mention it was quite expensive for what basically turned into a high-and-tight but lopsided
