The manager was completely rude. I was attempting to fix my hair for the stylist and the manager made me stop so the stylist could fix it to charge me for extra services. She then continued to give me dirty looks until she left the salon. Most of the associates had a nasty attitude as well but my stylist was very nice. She was the only one who was polite. They dont seem to care about the services they provide, only making a dollar. I wont EVER be back. No one has time for such pathetic behavior when I just wanted a quick haircut.

I think that place is horrible the manager nikki constantly talks about the clients after they leave calling them horrible names, the other girls there do drugs n drink heavily n work on clients, ive never seen a worst salon ran n operated by people that think its ok for their employees to act that way. The manager should be way more on professional, i even have hear on video calling a customer a horrid name... my opinion would do not waste your time going there

I always have a good experience here. I have a simple haircut, but its nice that they save the information on the computer. They just confirm that I want the same as last time and then get right to work on it. I like the online check-in when I go after work. It feels good to arrive and be ahead of the 3 of 4 walk-ins that are waiting.

Its great to check in online to save time waiting and convenient that they have system for tracking your hair cut. They also will cut your hair for free if youre donating it for charity! Though there does seem to be quite a lot of turnover here so its rare to get the same stylist.

And thats being nice...this salon needs to get more experienced stylists. I only paid 4.99 for my haircut...which I would not even excepted for free. My hairs shorter then I wanted and choppy. I will never step foot in this place again..STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON!!!!

The staff was skilled and take careful notes on what style they cut or what work they did so they know next time where to start off, saving you a lot of explanation. I love the online in app check in that tells you the estimated wait.

Purposely ignored a customer request. Fairly asked question. Told that lady manager was in store but excuse given that system is shutting down. From out of state and have never heard such poor excuse. Shameful customer service.

Great place to get an excellent style or cut done. It is not very pricy and they make an effort to remember your name and exactly how you had your hair done before. They are even open late!
