I decided to give this place a try yesterday. There is a big sign out front that says walk right in. I checked in at the desk and the woman asked if I checked in online to which I said no. She then told me it would only be a few minutes. After an hour of people, that I assume checked in online, I told them I was leaving. If I knew I had to check in online, I would have. However, when I saw a big sign stating walk right in, I didnt expect to wait an hour until people who came in after me to be taken first. To add to this, they had a computer screen with everyones name on it who were there for a cut. My name was on top for about a half hour. However, people kept coming in and getting taken before me. Unreal.

Normally when I go here. I love the job they do. But I forget her name. But she used a straight razor to cut my hair and Im not bald...I normally get it scissor cut on the top and a 3 on the side she immediately after using the 3 on the sides took the straight razor instead of scissors and went to town and then proceeded to tell me that her way of spiking hair with paste is better than my way of using gel. Gel works better with my hair due to the fact that I have thick hair. I was extremely disappointed with my experience.

Took my son in and booked online to walk in and still waited. Then he got the worst haircut Ive ever seen in my entire life. Think bowl cut but uneven with spikes and sticky strait, too short bangs? This is awful. I cringe when I look at it. Have no idea how they are in business.

Still sitting. Here waiting after an hour... Was checked in before everyone else... Yet still got put to the back of the line... One lady spent over 10 min in the back doing whatever... Really disappointed. I usually have a better experience here.

Today I went to Great Clips first time and trust me they really did a fantastic job. Most of the time when I go to a saloon for the time, I need to explain a lot. But the lady, I forgot her name, did a good job.

Ive been going here a while and havent had a bad experience. It can get crowded at times so be sure to use the online check-in. If you just walk in, you could have a lengthy wait on your hands.
