They made be breakfast...Their coffee is terrible. Oh, wait...were talking about auto repair quality and service. Well, Ill just say that this is THE BEST auto repair shop that I have ever been able to find. They dont try to rip you off. They tell you if you honestly need something repaired or replaced. The only thing I found odd is that they couldnt run a diagnostic test on my car...this is an auto repair shop???...that seems like the most essential piece of machinery that a repair shop would have, right? I had to go over to the crooks and rapists at Wyguls Reston Auto to get a diagnosis (close to my job)... But, Eh...whatever. Besides that, these guys are the most honest and reliable shop that I have EVER been to in my ENTIRE LIFE. Thats why I travel the 30 miles on 28 to get my auto work done. And Im serious...They really did make me breakfast. Egg and cheese samich on toast. ANNNNND...check this out... The owner just hands you the keys to one of his apparenlty 10,000,000 cars that he owns, if you have things to do and cant sit at their shop and wait for your car all day. WHO ELSE DO YOU KNOW THAT DOES THAT?!?! THEY DO NEED TO WORK ON THAT NASTY CHEAP COFFEE THEY SERVE! LOL! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Worst experience I have ever had with a business! My car was brought there by AAA, and it felt like it was being held for ransom. $420 to replace a starter. They told me that if I had brought in my own part, they would have inflated the labor cost by $80 to maintain their profit margin. Then, when pressed, they again admitted to inflating costs and then told me they would refuse to accept any parts from me for future repairs (as if Id ever go there again). They REFUSED to give me the part number for the starter they installed, and when I looked into it, I realized it was because they put in a used part, even though I paid $50 more for a new part. My transmission fluid was topped off right before it went in, and when I drove it home it was so low that my car stalled. To complete the despicable experience, the key they gave me back when I had paid the ransom for my car was a COPY. They refused to give me back my original key. I now am taking measures to prevent them from stealing my car, not what I expected to have to do after sending my car for a routine part replacement. Avoid at all costs!

The service at Loudoun Auto Repair is absolutely fantastic. I have just moved into Leesburg and happened upon Loudoun Auto Repair for my immisions and inspection and had received outstanding service right off the bat. They made sure all of my inspections were taken care of right away with little to no wait at all and I did not have to schedule an appointment to get right in. I have been continuing to go to Loundoun Auto Repair for routine oil changes and check ups that have come up and once again they were there to get me right in without a hassel. I am extremely pleased with their attentiveness and loyalty to their customers, as is my roommate who I have directed to Loundoun Auto Repair. Thanks to everyone who works there and you will be getting my service permenantly, plus others who I highly recommend to you.

Have had 2 cars here for safety/emission inspections...made appt., they honor that time and I am in/out in less then half hour. Nice waiting area and it was HEATED...a plus on the cold, windy day I was there! Owner is very friendly and with online coupons, best price in town! Service was efficient, invoice was presented, I reviewed, asked a question, paid and turned around to find my car waiting outside the door! None of the nonesense like THE TIRE SHOP where after 1.5 hours waiting, the tech brings invoice to front-end guy who eventually starts to type with pecking motion, slowly takes my payment and then sends me to hunt for my car in parking lot ...it might be on this side or maybe over by McDonalds...what a painful experience they were. Stick with LOUDOUN AUTO REPAIR for hassle free, fast, friendly service!

Awful service. They inflate the prices and are completely dishonest. We had to tow our car to that place (it was the closer when it broke down) and we got an estimate for the repair. We decided to call a few other places and they all gave us a much cheaper estimate. Since we didnt want to tow our car again, we offered to provide the parts but then they gave us a more expensive price. We got a lot of pressure over the phone telling us we could not leave the car in their parking lot for much longer unless we fix it there because they had no space. We had to finally have it repaired there. Well never come back again. By looking at the bill they just fixed the numbers to reach the estimate that they gave us. The parts and the labor were like 50% more of what we got from other repair shops. DONT GO THERE!

This morning our car broke down at the house, we called AAA to have it towed to a local AAA recommened repair shop. This shop was right in Leesburg and AAA listed so we went with it. We were greeted by friendly workers who seemed to care about the us and the car. It was getting close to their closing time so I decided to give them a call since I hadnt heard anything yet. The car was finished and at a reasonable price. I would have given the shop 5 stars but since they never called to tell me what was wrong and give me an estimate for the repairs I only went with 4 stars. Also I had to call them close to closing time to even see if the car was going to be ready the same day. Overall we were very happy with repairs and cost. Would go back.

I have waited a month to write my review to see how everything would turn out--the car is still running great. I found this repair shop through AAA--a great little find in the center of Leesburg. Friendly, fast and fair, this shop lived up to its promises. The repairs were true to the quotes and I received very good advice regarding the condition of my auto and prioritizing repairs. The staff was extremely personable and helpful. Labor is priced according to the intensity of the repair. I also checked around and found Loudoun Auto Repair to be competitive with other shops who gave similar punch lists for repairs.

This is my second trip here, every time i seem to show up before a rush. Last time in November, i got an emissions inspection with zero wait after calling five other places with >4 hours wait. This time i had my alignment and tire pressure checked (new car, wheel was pulling slightly) however its definitely my balding tires - no charge for throwing it on a lift. I also happened to have grabbed some oil earlier while running errands, and they changed my oil for $12 with a special discount today. I always call in advance, BTW, to see how busy they are. Try to go before 1pm fit best results.

I usually dont write a bad review but I would advise any one interested in getting any mechanical problems fixed to steer clear of this establishment. They did not fix all problems listed on the work order, returned the car to me with unresolved issues, overcharged me for the services that were rendered, kept my car for a month, and returned my car with new problems that didnt even exist before I brought it in! They did an adequate in minor body work and painting my car. Im currently in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau to prevent others from making the same mistake.
