Austin-Spencer Collision turned two unfortunate recent experiences into great experiences. Both of my vehicles were involved in accidents in the past year - with me not being in either one of them at the time of the accidents! The first - involving my 2014 truck - occurred when the truck was backed into / side swiped while parked. The rear door and quarter panel needed to be replaced and the entire side of the vehicle needed to be painted. I should note that I know more than a little bit about collision repair and thats why I brought the truck to Austin-Spencer and no place else. To say that the crew at Austin-Spencer met and exceeded my high expectations would be an understatement. The fit and finish of all of the panels was absolutely perfect. The paint was an exact color and texture match. Try as I might, I couldnt find any evidence of the truck being repaired - and I knew what had been repaired and replaced! The second incident involved a family member swerving to avoid a deer in my car. Well, the deer got lucky. My car - not so much. The front bumper cover, one headlight, front fender, both doors had to be replaced and the rear quarter panel was damaged from hitting a guard rail. Worse yet, the A-pillar was slightly bent. And again, the entire side of the vehicle needed to be painted. This one was going to be trickier though because the car was silver - which is a bear to match. Just as with my truck, the crew at Austin-Spencer took my favorite vehicle and lovingly brought it back to like new condition. I was especially concerned about the bent A-pillar because that was true structural damage. I was also concerned about the quarter panel because where it was damaged had a series of compound curves that would need some real finesse to repair and not leave any visible scars. In both cases, they truly nailed it. And when it came to paint, not only did they match the color almost perfectly, they matched the factory paint in surface texture / gloss too. As I mentioned earlier, thats a pretty tall order even when the paint is not silver! I would highly recommend Austin-Spencer Collision to anybody truly interested in having their vehicle repaired correctly. And if youre picky like me, all you have to do is talk to Helene or Alan and you will instantly find that they feel your pain and will do everything in their power to make bring your prized possession back to like new condition.

I have been doing business with Austin-Spencer for over 15 years. I have used their services for a work fleet I managed and personal work on two vehicles I own. Both for collision repair and mechanical services. The office staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. The body work that I have had done there is excellent and the mechanical work consistently outstanding and very thorough. The owner is on-site and follows all work to a successful conclusion. In the rare instance where an issue has arisen it is dealt with immediately and my needs are always satisfied. I like Allan & Helene (hope Im not misspelling their names) at Austin Spencer. Ive had body work done, oil changes and new tires and each time I felt that they were honest and fair. Allan is a nice guy who tries hard to keep his customers happy. Ive never had good experiences with mechanics because I always feel like theyre trying to rip me off. I just dont get that feeling with them. Havent had any problems either with the work theyve done.

Austin-Spencer Collision Repair Centers is the best in the business. They are conveniently located, always do great work, and above all else, offer the best customer service. They are really great with people and work really hard to get your car fixed fast. If there is ever an issue with getting parts in on time, they are great about letting you hang on to a loaner car until yours is ready. I absolutely recommend Austin-Spencer.

I came to repair a gnarly scratch across multiple body panels. They made me aware of all of the things that may take more time or cause difficulty before I left my car with them, and charged a very fair price considering the work that had to be done. Upon getting the car back, you couldnt even tell where the damage was! I even asked a friend to guess where he thought the scratch used to be, and he couldnt do it!

I took my car to the Dorschel Volkswagon dealership after a couple lights came on in my Passat. They quoted me at $1950 for the repairs. I took it to Austin-Spencer and they found out that all the repairs needed by the dealership were false and they found the problem, fixed my car for $206. My car has been running great! Cannot believe how the dealership tried to rob me!
