I generally dont review others but the kind of service I got from Morris auto compelled me to appreciate his work. I had a Volvo S60 2003 with nonfunctional front passenger side window and bad rear trunk struts. Earlier to this, I took my car to a mechanic in Syracuse, NY and he gave me a bill of almost 750$. Syracuse one told me that regulator went bad and it needs to be replaced which alone costs 350$. Thank god, I didnt get my work done there because for the same thing, at Morris I paid only 265$. Actually regulator was ok, just regulator clips needed to be replaced which is not so expansive. So again, I appreciate his work and the way he takes care of his customers. Very friendly. Will suggest everyone to go there once. I am sure, next time, you wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Thanks

My husband and I were SO pleased with the work and professionalism of Morris Auto and my husband is the toughest critic (that I know of) when it comes to car repairs. He expects a LOT (heroics, practically) and Jesse delivered. He stands by his work and made sure my husband was satisfied. His business satisfies the 3 Fs-- Fast, Friendly and FAIR-- that we require out of companies we use. Ive been recommending him for a few years now (Ive been meaning to post this review for awhile ;) but thankfully have not needed his services. Will definitely take it there next time I need repairs. The crew at Morris auto are great! Ive taken the family cars to them for 4 years and wont stop anytime soon. They fix any issue, big or small and their rates are fair. These guys know how to do business and do it right. Theyve even loaned me a car ( it wasnt the prettiest thing, but it was better than nothing ) when my car needed to be in for a day. Ive taken everything from my old Subaru impreza, to my new BMW X1 and have never regretted it, not once.

Ive taken my car here 3 times. They have always been extremely helpful, giving me ample information about each situation and letting me know all of my options. I can really tell that they care about me and my car first and foremost. They deal with a lot of students and are very conscious of the fact that money isnt always easy to come by. They get a lot of business, so they usually dont get to my car day-of, but Ive never had to wait more than a day.

I needed a new set of tires and to fix the door lock. It took them 4 (four!) days to do this and I couldnt get half the stuff done that week because my car just sat there the whole week. At the end, they charged me somewhere between $200-$250 for the lock without the cylinder (which means I still cant lock my car using the key). The cylinder would take a couple more days and additional money. I said no thanks. Not going back there.

Ive used Morris for nearly 20 years. The only mechanic my family trusts. I love dropping the car off before work for routine maintenance and picking up later that day. Jesse has done extensive work on all vehicles including collision work and its been top of the line quality and service. Additionally he is the most honest mechanic Ive ever had. If it doesnt need fixing he will tell you.

Great service, definitely the best place around. I had gone to other repair shops but none of them were as high quality and friendly as Morris. They explained the issues with my car very well in a manner I could understand and gave a very fair, balanced recommendation for moving forward. Morris is the most honest and helpful garage I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They are polite and knowledgeable. I have had them do everything from fuel lines to changing an engine, and I have even purchased a car from Morris, which they have stood behind. Its great to have found this garage. I have always sent my car to Morris Auto since I bought it. The guys there are really nice and honest. They know you cant afford a huge bill. Theyll give you a ride back home or to RIT after you drop the car off at their place, they even let you borrow one of their cars !! My roommates and all my friends are now his loyal customers.

"Cheap, Good, Quick: Pick Two" These guys have great service at a very reasonable price, so they get busy and can take extra time to get things done.
