Our company vehicle was sent it after being hit by a car. The womans insurance was paying for it and allowing us to rent a van. Caliber had our van for a couple of weeks when I called to say I would be on vacation the following week so dont call my cell phone, call the office when the van is ready...giving them the office # and the contact name. They didnt do as instructed and I didnt get the voicemail for days because I was on a cruise with no cell service. So there was a delay in picking up the van and the insurance company would not pay for the van rental for those days. So it cost us $277! Caliber took no responsibility. When the van was picked up and driving back to the shop it was very apparent that there was still something very wrong with it. So it went right back in for another few days. Not at all impressed with Caliber and although they are right up the street from our office....we will not be using them again.

Told them exactly what I wanted. I wanted a busted headlight fixed. A week (and a rental) later they added the price of lots of other things that I specifically said I didnt want done (dent in the hood, crack in the windshield, etc.) so that it costed me more than the price of the vehicle. Under VA law, this would have made my vehicle "legally undrivable" which means they could have hauled my vehicle away as a result. Yep. A busted headlight = undrivable. They refused to do anything else. So, not only did they NOT FIX my busted headlight, but they almost had my vehicle taken away from me. I couldnt be.

I was very disappointed in the services I received here. They assured me the process would be about 2 weeks. After several calls it was a total of FOUR WEEKS! Not only did the process take double the time but the car was FILTHY, absolutely dirty, and some of the repairs were not done properly. I would not recommend them if you care about your car.

Terrible experience. Car vandalized. Slow repairs. Body work paint job needed to be buffed out and had to wait an additional 2 hours on site for this to be completed and corrected. Manager was asked to call to help remedy. NEVER called. Would NOT recommend.

Was directed to this body shop, by another one. At first they didnt understand the maintenance, however the price came out right at the estimate. They also conducted a through check for other damage. Good service...

The point of contact was in a meeting during the "scheduled" appointment. 9:15am. I had to wait around until the meeting was over and then they had trouble trying to figure out the situation with my vehicle.

These guys were great to deal with. They fixed a compressed door when no one else had a clue what to do. Price was unbeatable. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
