This company and the estimator, Mr. Benner, provided , without any reservation, the best overall retail service I have ever experienced, bar none. The timely communication, the ease of the process of getting my Honda CRV repaired and the excellent professional results, made this stressful time seamless. I highly recommend this company and its staff to anyone who wants and needs the best. This shop rates a 15 in my book even through the best I could give them was a 10. It was an amazingly easy and wholly satisfactory experience.

Caliber returned my car to me with broken parts that they "supposedly replaced". Found a bolt in my tire after it was returned to me from Caliber. Called the manager Joey to let him know about the broken AC parts and denies they gave me broken parts. Will NEVER go to them! I will walk over 400 miles home before I let them touch my car again!

Poor quality after I picked up my car I took it to have a recall at ford and found out they never put a light bulb back in the headlight. And when I picked it up it was still dirty with some kind of white stuff all over the car. The manager Joey did not believe that the vehicle was missing parts on the car.

Caliber collision stole objects from my car & when brought to their attention, contradicted themselves & blew it off. Also my fenders came off during my accident, when my car came back, they were unscrewed & had to go back to fix it. Helpful staff, but indecent work.
