I just dropped my truck (Ram 2500 Laramie Mega Cab for work - someone scratched the paint all down the drivers side - from the front bumper to the back bumper while we were at a ski resort)off last week to get in fixed on Thursday. Everyone at the shop was kind and very knowledgeable about the process. They were extremely courteous as well. I was told my car would be done a little later then expected 7 days. I called back and asked for an explanation and they gave me a good one. Waiting on parts to be delivered. Warrenton Auto then did the unthinkable and under promised but over delivered. Instead of waiting what was supposed to be several days they did the work and got it completed much quicker than expected. They actually blew me away. I got calls and updates every day and the last one made my day. What at first was supposed to be a 7 day job they knocked out of the ball park and did in four business days. I had $2500s in damage to the vehicle - the whole drivers side had to be sanded/painted ect.... Customer service was outstanding as well as the work. I would highly recommend getting your car and work done here. They set fair expectations and over communicate throughout the process. Thank You Warrenton Auto Service for such a professional job!!!

Finally, a great experience with a body shop! It all started with an easy check in with the friendly staff. They worked perfectly with my insurance company as I barely had to do a thing. During the repair, I even got updates from them. My truck was ready when they said it would be, and it looked like it came right off the showroom floor. Special thanks to Brian, Jeff, and the entire family at Warrenton Auto Service! I will go nowhere else to fix my vehicle.

We went there to get our rearview mirror put back on as it had fallen off.. They fixed it in minutes and did not charge us at all. They seem to be very honest and great to deal with! Highly recommend them!!
