Shop presented car for delivery 22 days after receiving work. Estimator/shop took 11 days to get around to ordering parts. Once the parts came in, the new grill, bumper cover and a/c condensor were installed quickly, just a few days. Delivery date shifted significantly as job progressed. Upon inspection at delivery time, I found that not all lights had been hooked up. They fixed that pretty quickly. Then I found that the a/c was inoperative, which they fixed in a few hours time. At least I hope they did. Hard to say, as translations between customer, front office and back room are less than perfect, and they provided no details as to the source of the trouble. Does now work, not sure if it will hold charge. Cosmetically good paint. Color is pretty close. When you open the hood, however, you can see that the used parts are painted with typical yellow signatures from the junk yard. For $5K, you would think a quick spray, even just some flat black from an aerosol can, would be worth it. Except for the unexpected yellow paint and the overall color shift, the repair is not too obvious. Central accessory drive belt pulley is slightly bent - has about 3/32" runout. Tensioner moves back and forth as the motor runs. Not sure if this is normal, or a result of the crash. Tried posing the question at the counter, but the answer that came back was a belt life time estimate. Overall, delays, coupled with confusion over delivery dates, caused more aggravation than expected from the process. At one point, drove out to the shop to try to understand why they had not completed an estimate in a weeks time. At a later point, they cheerily stated that a delivery date of 36 days was a great job on their part. Result for me was to purchase rental car insurance, so I am less concerned over the several hundred dollars of expense associated with 14 additional days.

These guys were awesome. I got a call every day and they left a voicemail to tell me how the repairs were going. It was scheduled to take 2 weeks, but they actually got it done in 1 week and 2 days. Not only did they do all the repairs beautifully, they fixed a couple things the last auto-body shop had screwed up that I had just accepted as a loss. I hope I never have another accident, but the world being what it is... I will be coming back here for any of my future issues!

These guys did a great job. I got updates every day via email with the status of the repairs. The vehicle was ready for pick up a day early. There were no problems with the car. The damage was extensive (I hit a BIG deer going 60) and there is no sign of damage and it drives the same or better than before. The paint match is perfect. All good.

I am not one to write reviews. I was very impressed with the work done on my beloved Honda Civic si. My car was delivered 1 week ahead of schedule looking like the day I bought it. Caliber even worked with my insurance for a lower co pay without stress. Would use again but hopefully I dont have to ;)

This place has to be the worst auto body shop in the area. Stay away at all cost. Car was not done correctly multiple times including very basic stuff. It took more than twice longer than originally promised time frame with no update whatsoever.

They sure as heck dont know what they are doing and I wouldnt even expect them know how to spell customer service. I tried them twice (Chantilly and Manassas) and I shouldve known better. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people.
