Read the (bad) reviews AFTER I already went through Geico and gave them my car. A little nervous going to pick up my car.. I custom ordered my car about a year ago and have taken amazing care of it. Cant really fight stupid though, hit and run right where I live; front bumper had a chunk broken out of it, fog lights stopped working. It only took 2 days after I dropped it off, and it was ready to go. Very happy with how fast they work. Everyone there was very friendly, and the rental car guys were cool too. They brought my car around and it looked like nothing ever happened! I checked to see if everything worked, and it was perfect. Now all of this alone is good enough for me to give this place 5 stars -- 2 days to repair, 15min in and out, great people... But on top of all of that, when they brought my car around, I was ecstatic to see it was washed and the even the inside was cleaned! I dont know if this is standard but it really made me happy. Took a bit of the sting out of the hit and run.

Had a driver scrap the rear passenger side of my car, and my insurance company set me up with this company to fix the dent and scrape. Their service is great! Super nice and they make everything easy. They communicate with you every step of the way -- from when your car is in the queue for service to when its in the hands of the techs to when its complete. They even vacuumed the inside of my car and finished a day early from their estimate! Given the circumstances, I wouldnt want to go through any other service.

Good autobody work not so good communication. Got my car repaired here about a year and a half ago and the exhaust pipe they welded separated completely from the catalytic converter. The guy that inspects damage to vehicles at the shop told me as soon as I took him outside to the car that it couldnt possibly be from the repair they performed. The Geico adjuster pulled up the old photos and documents and said it was covered under the warranty program. Guess the shop guy was wrong.

Someone hit my car in the parking lot at Wegmans and did some minor damage. My insurance sent me here and ive been so impressed with thier professional service. They kept updated on my repair through text and In less than 48 my SUV was finished and looked like new.

Appalling experience unfortunately I was too late in the claims process with them to back out. They had my car for a staggeringly unreasonable amount of time before they even started on it. I would advise anyone considering them to avoid at all costs

I had a dent in my passenger side door that needed fixing after it was backed into. The door looks better now than when I bought the car. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering to drive me somewhere when my ride home didnt show.

Good luck getting an estimate. Called them prior to me leaving to find the best time or make an appointment. When I got there no one was available. Wasted just an hour of my time which is enough not to go back.
